  • All orders are shipped from Haarlem, The Netherlands.

  • We ship worldwide.

We work with PostNL and DHL to deliver your order safely.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • Worldwide: Up to 1 month (depending on local customs and postal services)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or delays with carriers.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the order.

🔎 Tracking

  • Every order includes a tracking number, which will be shared once your package is shipped.

🛃 Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

📦 Fragile Items

  • We specialize in ceramics and other delicate items.

  • Every package is carefully wrapped, marked as fragile, and shipped with insurance.

❌ Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

  • Insured Shipping: If your package is lost, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Delayed Orders: We kindly ask for your patience, but if your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us.

  • Wrong Address / Refused Delivery: If a package is returned, we can either

    • Refund your order (minus shipping costs), or

    • Resend it to the correct address (shipping costs covered by customer).
